Cikgu Fadilah Lapor Polis, Tak Puas Hati Video S*ks Tersebar



Polis telah membuka kertas siasatan berhubung penularan klip video seks berkaitan kes skandal tular membabitkan ‘Cikgu Fadilah’ dan individu digelar ‘Abang CCTV & Wiring’.

Ketua Polis Daerah Alor Gajah, Superintenden Ashari Abu Samah berkata, tindakan itu diambil selepas guru wanita terbabit tampil membuat laporan polis kerana tidak berpuas hati apabila video seks dirinya tersebar.



“Kertas siasatan dibuka di bawah Seksyen 509 Kanun Keseksaan atas kesalahan mengaibkan kehormatan seseorang, serta Seksyen 233 Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998 (AKMM),” katanya ringkas kepada pemberita pada Sabtu.

Beliau memaklumkan bahawa laporan dibuat oleh wanita berkenaan selepas menyedari video seks yang dikaitkan dengannya telah tersebar di media sosial.

Tambah beliau, siasatan awal terhadap telefon bimbit milik individu yang dikenali sebagai ‘Abang CCTV & Wiring’ tidak menemui sebarang kandungan berunsur pornografi.

Katanya lagi, kes akan dirujuk kepada Timbalan Pendakwa Raya untuk arahan selanjutnya.
