The unverified clip, purportedly leaked during an industry audition process, is spreading rapidly across (X) Twitter, Instagram, and Telegram, amassing thousands of views within hours.

Meanwhile, the video originally remained unverified. Nevertheless, many users also emphasized that the actress had fallen prey to casting couch practices. Soon, #ShruthiNarayananLeaked started trending online with over 240,000 mentions.

Despite content moderation efforts, digital platforms saw a huge wave of sharing download links, with sites like SoundCloud and GitHub unexpectedly emerging as distribution hubs. Fact-checking organizations like Alt News identified at least 12 altered versions of the video circulating online.
