The incident took place in the early hours of Sunday in Soho London, an area known for its nightlife. It is believed to have happened around 4:30 a.m. outside the Inca nightclub Soho. Videos shared on social media show a confrontation between Klaudia and another influencer, Gabrielle Carrington, shortly before the incident. In a apology video, Wong said he wanted to publicly apologise to his wife for hurting her. He added that he has confessed his mistake to her and asked for her forgiveness and thanked her for allowing him to return and rebuild their marriage and family.
